FROM EXPERTISE TO ENQUIRY

A clear answer stays with you.

  1. Customer question
  2. Original evidence
  3. Next step

WHEN THIS WORK HELPS

You offer a good service. Is its value clear?

We start where your customers are missing information that matters to their decision.

Your pages sound like everyone else's

We establish who your service suits, what makes it distinctive and how you can demonstrate those differences.

You keep explaining the same things in sales calls

Recurring questions become clear service pages, comparisons and practical answers before someone sends an enquiry.

Your expertise is barely visible online

We translate experience and working methods into readable copy, original examples and suitable image and video concepts.

INSIDE THE CREATIVE WORK

One customer question changes the whole page.

An editorial demonstration for a fictional window-cleaning business in Lucerne. This is not a testimonial, published client work or a measurement of results.

“What does window cleaning cost — and what information does the provider need to prepare a useful quote?”

Starting point

“We provide professional window cleaning with high quality and great service.”

This leaves the customer unsure what is cleaned, how the quote is prepared and what they need to provide.

A specific answer developed from that question

A useful quote starts with your windows.

Show us the glass surfaces and explain how they can be reached. Do you need the inside and outside cleaned, should frames be included, and are any areas difficult to access? These details help define the scope of your window cleaning in Lucerne before a price is agreed.

The editorial decision

We answer the question behind the price search: how do I get a quote that fits my property? The page gains a clear purpose. Location and service appear in a relevant, factual context.

The right image or short video

An original, labelled view of glass, frames and access points shows which details matter. A short film can explain preparation. Actual working methods, permissions and required formats are confirmed before production.

How we would check the quality

Can someone unfamiliar with the business identify the information needed? Does the copy match the actual service? Do the page and enquiry journey work on a phone? Assessing impact then requires comparable data over time.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

A considered idea. Carefully developed.

The proposal specifies pages, languages, media formats and revision rounds. Content SEO covers the agreed creative development and implementation; a full technical audit is a separate engagement.

Research & concept

Customer questions, search intent and a clear job for each page. You receive an outline with key arguments and the evidence needed.

Copy & expert editing

Service pages, comparisons and answers in Swiss Standard German and English. Checked with you and written for your actual offer.

Images, film & explanation

Original visual concepts where showing explains more. Graphics, editing and effects as agreed, prepared for accessibility and fast loading.

Implementation & checks

Headings, search presentation, internal links and the enquiry journey. Publication, quality checks and handover within the agreed scope.

SEO AS THE FOUNDATION · GEO AS AN EXTENSION

Content people understand and search systems can interpret.

We organise services, evidence and business information into a clear explanation. GEO adds the review of visible AI answers. The guide below explains the technical foundations and how to evaluate those observations responsibly.

Technical references: Google: helpful, reliable content Google: AI features and your website

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Your experience. Our creative and technical work.

You provide specialist knowledge and approve claims. Kacper Ruta is responsible for creative development and implementation. Before publication, we check facts, readability and the enquiry journey against the agreed criteria.

  1. Understand

Review the offer, customer questions and existing material. Agree what the page needs to achieve.

  2. Develop

Build the argument and worked example. You approve the facts and service claims.

  3. Implement

Add the copy and agreed media. Check readability, mobile presentation and the enquiry journey.

  4. Review

Document changes. Examine search data, AI observations and qualified enquiries separately.

Before we start

Do we need to publish new blog posts first?

We start with the page that answers the most important unresolved question for your customers. That might be an existing service page, a comparison or an explanation. New articles become useful when they have a distinct purpose.

What do you need from us?

Your offer, typical customer questions, real examples and someone to approve factual content. Existing photos, copy and search data help. We agree which access and materials are needed for the particular assignment.

Are German and English simply translations?

Both versions describe the same actual service scope. Wording, examples and search questions are developed for their respective audiences. We use Swiss Standard German, DE-CH, for Switzerland and edit the English version for English-speaking readers.

How are AI tools used?

Tools can support research, variations and editing. Claims, sources, tone and the final version receive editorial review. Confidential materials and the data flows involved are agreed in advance for each project.

How will we assess the value?

First we check whether the content explains your service accurately and makes the next step clear. We then examine relevant search queries, visits, observed AI mentions and qualified enquiries separately. The period, data source and measurement gaps form part of the review.

What content SEO should do for a business

Content SEO develops material that answers a search question and fits a business's actual offer. It includes topic selection, structure, writing, media and connections between pages. For a Swiss service business, a clear service page may be more useful than an extensive blog: it explains who the service suits and how to begin working together.

Consider an enquiry from the customer's perspective. Someone has to recognise a problem, compare options, assess risks and choose a supplier. A page handles part of that decision. Its usefulness therefore also depends on the offer itself, the evidence available and whether the contact journey works.

Google recommends helpful, reliable content for people and does not prescribe a preferred word count. The question determines the appropriate length. A short answer can be complete; a complex investment often needs more explanation. Another paragraph earns its place when it resolves another uncertainty.

Back to contents

Which question belongs on which page?

Start with sales conversations, quote requests and recurring objections. Which information is repeatedly missing? What does a prospect need to know before requesting a useful quote? Search data adds another perspective. It does not replace knowledge of your customers or the commercial importance of a service.

A fictional CNC machining company might hear three questions: which materials do you work with, what tolerances are possible, and which documents do you need for a quote? A service page can bring those answers together. A separate explanation of tolerances is useful if customers need a more detailed decision aid. Creating another page for every synonym would make that journey harder to follow.

  • Service page: explain suitability, scope, approach, limitations and how to enquire.
  • Comparison: make selection criteria and actual differences understandable.
  • Worked case: show the starting point, completed work and substantiated observations.
  • Guide: answer a related question thoroughly and connect it to the relevant service.

Our working rule: give each planned page a customer question, a purpose and an owner. Develop useful existing pages before adding more.

Why effective SEO requires creative specialist work

A search term does not supply a convincing explanation. The creative work is finding the right perspective: which comparison makes a complex service understandable, which detail demonstrates care, and which illustration answers a question faster than another paragraph? That requires familiarity with the subject and editorial judgement.

For the fictional machining company, an annotated drawing could explain the information needed for a quote. For a restaurant, a readable menu, clear allergen information and a straightforward booking journey could be more useful. The format follows the decision. A decorative film alone does not explain capacity, suitability or service scope.

GlasBox connects concept development, writing and technical implementation. Graphics, editing and effects can be included in the agreed media scope. Before production, we establish what each medium needs to communicate, which real materials are available and who approves the facts. This gives the creative idea a purpose that can be checked.

A useful brief records the audience, unresolved question, main statement, evidence, suitable format, next step and approval owner. It gives writing, visual work and development a shared starting point.

How to make claims you can stand behind

Check each strong statement against its supporting evidence. A process description can be substantiated by the actual workflow. A growth claim needs a defined metric, data source, comparison period and context. An in-house project should be identified as such. A demonstration remains an example rather than becoming a client reference.

For editorial work, keep a simple evidence record: the claim, its origin, the subject expert responsible and its review status. When information is missing, make the statement more precise or hold it back. This prevents a polished draft from quietly creating a service promise the business cannot fulfil.

AI tools can support research directions, alternatives and editing. Google assesses the usefulness and quality of the content; producing large quantities without added value can breach its spam policies. At GlasBox, claims, sources and final copy receive editorial review. Data flows involving confidential material are agreed before that material is used in the project.

What makes a service page easy to understand

The opening should establish what is offered, who it suits and how to take the next step. Decision information follows: scope, approach, evidence, conditions and unresolved questions. Headings should describe their sections. A reader should be able to scan the page first and then explore the relevant detail.

The page title describes its specific subject and distinguishes it from other offers. Google generates the visible search-result title automatically and may use several signals. A carefully written title expresses a preference; it does not guarantee the exact wording shown in search.

The meta description summarises the value briefly and accurately. Google may use a relevant passage from the page instead. Search descriptions and visible content should therefore set the same expectation. Someone seeking a particular service should not need to read the company's entire history before finding that service.

How individual pages form a coherent offer

A guide, a service page and a worked case have different jobs. Connections between them make the next useful step visible. Linking an explanation to the relevant service helps when the relationship is clear from the text. Listing every service beneath each paragraph makes choosing harder.

Google recommends ordinary links with reachable destinations and descriptive link text. Important pages should be discoverable through other pages. A link such as “How the technical review works” explains its destination better than an isolated “More”. Links also need to remain easy to use on a phone.

During a content review, record which page answers each question and where it should lead next. Assess overlapping content editorially before changing URLs. Combining or moving pages requires a technical plan so that existing references continue to take readers to the right information.

Which media genuinely improve an explanation

An original photograph can show access, scale or workmanship. A diagram can organise a process. A short film can explain movement that is difficult to describe in a still image. What matters is the information the prospect gains. Captions help the reader notice the relevant detail.

Google's recommendations include standard image elements, appropriate alternative text and image variants suited to the screen. Images should relate to the surrounding content. For GlasBox, implementation also means reserving display dimensions, compressing files appropriately and retaining important information as readable text.

Approval should include practical reading checks. Does the explanation work on a small phone? Are labels still legible? Can the page be used with a keyboard? For video, review the captions and text alternatives needed. Strong design supports the message and gives the content enough room.

Writing for Swiss customers in more than one language

Local relevance comes from actual information: where is a service available, who can be contacted, and what preparation, currency and conditions apply? Malters and Lucerne are part of GlasBox's real business context. Additional place names should serve a factual purpose. Near-identical pages with different town names do not add a new decision aid.

Swiss Standard German and English must communicate the same actual scope. The English version can still use a different structure or phrasing where that makes the content clearer. Terms relating to quotes, procurement and working practices need to suit the audience. Prices, conditions and contact journeys remain consistent in substance.

For language versions, Google recommends separate URLs, appropriate language references and accessible language selection. Technical annotation supports that relationship; it does not replace complete editorial work. Before publication, check both the language connections and what the two versions actually say.

What GEO adds, and what cannot be promised

Here, GEO means developing content for generative search and answer systems. Our practical work starts with clearly described services, traceable evidence and consistent business information. A reader should be able to identify who a statement concerns, the conditions under which it applies and the source of supporting evidence.

For AI Overviews and AI Mode, Google continues to point to SEO fundamentals. It requires neither special AI files nor a special schema. Eligibility does not guarantee inclusion or a mention. This guidance concerns Google's features; other platforms have their own systems and conditions.

A useful check records the exact question, platform, time and visible answer. A mention and a linked citation are recorded separately. Repeated observations help reveal variability. One positive answer does not establish lasting visibility or additional enquiries.

How to evaluate the value of content responsibly

Decide what to observe before rewriting a page. Relevant searches, visits and qualified enquiries may matter for a service page. Record the starting point, publication date and other changes. Compare periods with reasonably similar seasonality, campaigns and measurement conditions.

Search Console reports metrics including impressions, clicks and Google search queries. With appropriate configuration, GA4 can record events such as a generated lead. A button click is not a successful enquiry. Check that the technical event matches the business event you intend to measure.

  • Visibility: where does the page appear, and for which questions? State the source and period.
  • Use: which relevant visits and contact actions can be observed? Account for measurement gaps.
  • Enquiry quality: does the need fit the offer, and can the business provide a useful response?
  • Business outcome: do quotes or orders follow? Attribute their origin only as precisely as the evidence allows.

Google's AI search features are included in Search Console's Web performance reporting. This does not provide a separate count of AI-generated leads. An AI mention alone also proves neither a visit nor an order.

Where to start and what happens after publication

Choose a page with an important commercial job and a clearly identifiable problem. Perhaps its scope is missing, its explanation is difficult to follow or its contact journey works poorly on phones. That gives you an assignment you can define, approve and check after publication.

Prioritise by importance, available evidence, effort and dependencies. If the technical foundation is unclear, begin with a suitable review. If the page works technically but leaves an important customer question unanswered, editorial work may be the right starting point. The introductory conversation establishes which foundation fits the project.

  • Before: record the question, target page, starting point, scope and approval owner.
  • At publication: check content, links, language, mobile readability and the enquiry journey.
  • Afterwards: document observations with sources and periods; avoid premature claims about impact.
  • When things change: update services, responsibilities, examples and conditions.

Each review should lead to a reasoned decision: retain, clarify, expand or correct technically. A monthly word quota alone cannot establish quality.

The standard: a clear answer you can substantiate.

Choose an important service. Collect the questions customers ask before enquiring. Explain what makes your offer distinctive and show the evidence. Then check whether the page is found, understood and used. This gives the content a defined job and gives your next improvement a sound starting point.
